DISCOVER OUR STORY

We came to the Cotswolds from up north about ten years ago. My dad’s always been a hands-on bloke, a roofer and builder by trade - so it wasn’t long before he found himself giving a hand to a local waller who’d been at it for over fifty years.
He took us under his wing, showed us the ropes, and passed down the quiet rhythm of the craft - one stone at a time.
What started as lending a hand turned into something more. We fell for the landscape, the people, and the honest beauty of building with what’s already there.
That’s where Landale Stone began - from respect for the land, the craft, and the generations who shaped it before us.

Since then, we’ve both earned our DSWA Level 2 accreditation, worked on projects from small garden walls to a major restoration for Tesco in Stow-on-the-Wold, and even helped teach the next wave of wallers here in the Cotswolds.

Every wall we build carries a bit of that story - a mix of graft, patience, and pride in keeping this tradition alive.
